Case Planning
A case is a formal document and roadmap designed to ensure a child’s safety, wellbeing, and stability. in the house of life it is done by social workers, families and the child with the help of our District Probation and Social Welfare Officer. In it we outline specific goals, daily and long-term steps needed to meet them and the responsibilities of all involved parties.
When case planning is carried out, we base on the four program areas as listed below;
Economic Stability and Security
Care and Protection
Education and Development
Survival and Health
In every thing we do, we value the principles of do no harm and all is done in the best interest of our child.
